Booffi, a world buffet restaurant chain with outlets in Clydebank and Glasgow’s Forge Retail Park and Glasgow Fort Shopping Centre has announced it has chosen Dunfermline to open its fourth premises right in the heart of the historic city of Dunfermline.
The premises first opened its doors as a cinema in 1915. It turned into music venue in 1938 and now Director Craig Lawrie and business partner Elena Vlad are set to turn it into a world buffet restaurant in April 2025.
